My book review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Secret Refuge. This is the second book in the Wings of Refuge Series. I have really enjoyed this series and look forward to the next book. Dana's books are always well written, action packed, and full of adventure but there is always faith woven into the fabric of her story. In this book she tells of God's glory and beauty and how He has a plan for each of us no matter how broken we are. I love that. This book is an advance copy so the book won't be available for a short time but it will be worth the wait so you should pre-order it right away.
Keeley Stevens is a struggling photographer of wild life; the last two years she has been dealing with the after effects of her sister LeeAnn's murder and caring for LeeAnn's down syndrome daughter. Her sister was murdered by her boyfriend Tucker and was found in the trunk of his car. Life has been hard for this little family as the killer is still loose and Keeley's trying to keep the child a secret from her father. As she goes out to take photos she is attacked.
