Navy Seal Noel by Liz Johnson

Welcome back to my blog. I hope you all had a great Christmas. I always love being with my family. All of my children were home but my son and his son and of course my daughter that lives in heaven. I missed them but it was good to have everyone else there. God has been really good to us, we had two weddings and a new baby girl added to the mix this year so we are getting to be quite a bunch.

He is asked to go in and rescue her but it will be an unofficial extraction. Can he go in an rescue her without loosing his heart again. A Farming Family in the New World by CA Coffey

My book review today is on the book, A Farming Family in the New World. This book was sent to me to read and review. My comments on this book are my own. This is an interesting book on a man that moves to the new world to begin a new life. As a young man, Thomas Barnard traded five years of indentured service to receive free land in a new world. It seemed like a good thing but it cost him everything he had ever known.

The book tells of the difficulties experienced by these men that traveled for months to start over. Thomas earns his land and starts a family. Life was tragic in those days and Claudia describes the joys, loves, and horrors of life as she covers Thomas family through nine generations and five wars. This book is well written and well researched. I have never read any of CA's books before but it's obviously a book born of love and passion. I know this is a book that history lovers will find hard to put down. You may purchase this book at the address below.
