Moonlight Over Manhatten by Carrie Turansky

My review today is on the novella, Moonlight Over Manhattan. I really enjoy Carrie's work. This is story is well written, heartwarming, and very entertaining. I enjoyed the characters and all their drama. I know you are going to love this story.
Sarah Montgomery is a professional organizer. She goes to homes where people are struggling with the clutter in their homes and their lives. It's much more than just going in and throwing things away. She is shocked when she leaves her apartment and find paramedics trying to get into the apartment next door. She tells them she has a key and goes to get it. As she enters she sees her neighbor's home is one pile of clutter followed by another, the paramedics are unable to get the gurney back to her. She agrees to watch Lillian's dog as they take off in the ambulance. Lillian's grandson soon shows up to take over the care of the dog. He is very attractive in an artsy kind of way, not like the kind of man she longs for. She volunteers to help Lillian get her home back.
Justin Latimer s a writer. He is famous for his children's books of poetry. When he tells the beautiful Sarah he is a poet she doesn't seem impressed. He must give her time and try to win her over. He moves into his grandmother's apartment and hires her to clean out the house. He and Sarah talk to Lillian about cleaning out the house and he's amazed that she agrees. He's excited about spending more time with Sarah until he finds her trying to throw his books away.
A time of misunderstanding; Sarah is afraid Justin is taking advantage of his grand mother and she is supporting him, Justin is falling in love but the closer he gets the more she pulls away. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too.  Give Him your heart and watch Him turn your life around.

Web of Secrets by Susan Sleeman

My review today is on the novel, Web of Secrets. This book is the third book in the Agents Under Fire Series. I have really enjoyed this series and hate to see it end. This story is awesome, it's well written, timely, and full of suspense. You are going to love it. These stories have all been about serial killers and the brave men and women who set out to stop them. It is a hard subject but we are surrounded by violence and the enemy trying to destroy us. Susan handles this difficult topic in an amazing way. I appreciate her work.
Sixteen years ago Special Agent Rebecca Lange (Lauren Nichols)was kidnapped with her foster sister by a mad man. Becca escaped but is haunted by the monster that tried to cut off her ears and carved a five in her belly. She never told anyone about it other than the cop who rescued her, faked her death, put her in a new foster home, and changed her name. She had to live with the guilt of leaving her sister Molly to suffer at the hands of this killer. Now suddenly the killer has returned. She is an expert on the man and is called to help the police force find the Van Gogh killer when they find body number nine. Could it be Molly?
Detective Conner Warren is drawn to the beautiful Becca, the best friend of his partner's wife. It's easy for him to take her with him and to work with her to find this serial killer. She studied this  killer at Quantico and she's an expert on the case. Conner doesn't want her exposed to all horrors of the case, knowing everywhere she looks she sees her foster sister.
Reginald Zwicky, Van Gogh had become obsessed with finding Lauren, the one who got away. He had recaptured Molly and tortured her trying to find out Lauren's new name. He finally decided he would watch at the funeral and find her. He was use to living in the shadows because of all the scars on his face. Since his mother had died six months ago he had been able to continue his work with purifying these young girls but Lauren he wanted as his own.
A journey to terror; a mad man out to purify all the foster girls, a detective trying to keep the woman he loves safe and find the killer, and an FBI Agent trying to forget her guilt and find this mad man before he can kill again. God has a plan for them, a good plan and not for evil. God has a plan for you too. Give Him your heart and watch Him turn your life around.
