Today will be short. I am off to work. Today I pass out voting booths to all the districts in our county. Tomorrow is Nebraska's turn to vote. Tomorrow we get the chance to choose the men and women we want to run our government. An awesome right! Not many years ago women didn't have that right. Many men and women have fought and died to give us all that right. How awesome is that!
I know that we are all on different spiritual levels but we need to agree on this one thing. Christians MUST get out there and vote. It is our duty to vote, our right, and our privilege.
I have heard so much grumbling about our Nation, about the Senate, the Congress, our Economy, our Schools and our President but we don't have the right to complain if we don't go out there and vote. I know it is hard to know who to vote for but it really isn't that hard. Just vote for the man or woman that the media tells you not to vote for. The man or woman that the liberals, gays, and unions tells us are unfit to be in office. those are the men and women that are standing for the right to life, moral values, and our God. Parties don't really come into the equation. What a man believes is what counts. Who he stands for! Is he prolife? Does he back Israel? Does he love God and country? Does he lie? Does he tell you one thing and turn around and do something all together different the next moment?
Have you voted? Will you rise up and stand for righteous living? Will you help change our nation back to One Nation Under God?
