My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Hostage Rescue. I always enjoy Lisa's books. This is an excellent example of her work. The story is well written, full of action, and full of faith. I know you are going to love this one.
Prosecutor Gwen Ryland and her brother are hiking in the mountains. She is taking photos trying to unwind from a bad case. Two masked men ran up behind her and holds her. Her brother goes after the man holding her and she falls into the canyon. She is rescued by a man she had come to hate.
Former Army Ranger Caden O'Callaghan hears a scream and runs to help. He sees two mask men abduct a third man. The man yells to save his sister that had been thrown over the edge. Caden sets out to find the girl. He finds her but realizes she is the woman who accused him of breaking her best friends heart. Will she let him help her?
A journey to find help, find her brother, and the men who had kidnapped him. These two broken souls must fight the mountain, rapids, and killers. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too; even in these trying times. It's a good plan and not for evil.
