No Safe Place by Sherrie Shackelford

I'm really behind in my reviews so I'm going to do a few extra reviews this week. Today I will review the Love Inspired Suspense, No Safe Place. I always enjoy Sherri's books and I know you will like this one too. This story is well written, action packed, and full of faith.
Forensic Accountant Beth Greewood finds a money laundry scheme. She sets the computer to send the evidence to go to the FBI at the first of the week. That gives her some time to get away. Turning away to escape she runs into Clark Kent, at least that's what the female co-workers call him. What's he doing here this late on a holiday weekend? She finally gets away from him only to be attacked on her way out of the building.
Homeland Security Agent Corbin Ross is working undercover investigating Beth. Her name turned up twice in an investigation on a fraudulent account. She is obviously running from something. He witnesses her being attacked. He rescues her and soon realizes she is in serious trouble. He must keep her safe to find out how she's involved in his investigation.
A journey of survive as criminals surround them. Can they trust each other? God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too.
