Big Sky Cowboy by Linda Ford

My book review today is on the Love Inspired Historical, Big Sky Cowboy. This book is the first book in the Montana Marriages Series. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to the next book in the series. Linda's books are always well written with heart warming characters and adventurous situations. Her faith is always a great part of her stories. I love her work.

Cora Bell is trying to help her aging adopted father on the farm. They really need to build a barn. The neighboring rancher is doing everything in his power to run the Bell family out of the country. Cora put up an ad for help but no one was brave enough to help them.

Wyatt Williams and his brother were passing through with a dozen head of horses. One of his mares was ready to foal and he needs to find a place to rest her until the birth. The Bell's offered him a place to stay.  In an exchange for supplies Wyatt agrees to help with the raising of the barn. Wyatt was fresh out of prison and had managed to keep it a secret but his past was slowly closing in on him.

Cora is suffering from abandonment issues from a father who ran off and left her and her sisters, now she fears Wyatt will do the same. Wyatt suffers from a father that beat them to the point of his brother trying to take an axe to him. Wyatt went to prison for his brother. Now they are on a journey to find forgiveness, restoration, and an undying love. A great read, you may purchase this book at the address below. God bless you and have a great week.
