God is faithful, He never leaves us or forsakes us. His mercies are new every morning. I have grown so much in the last few weeks. My faith has been doubled at least. It has been a painful process but I know that I am almost through and I already have the victory. God is so good all the time, and all the time God is good.
I am now in the process of getting all the last things together for my trip. It is now less than two weeks and time seems to be flying by. There is still a lot of things that must be done. It is such a glorious time. I am praying for each of the lives I will touch. I pray that their hearts are prepared for the Word and that they will be open to the Lord and miracles will take place, not only the people of Panama but also in the people who come to minister. I found out last year that these kids need a lot of ministry. I hope you will pray with me.
Yesterday our church went to a whole new level of praise and worship. God's presence was so strong that I could hardly stand. There were many words of knowledge and many were healed and set free. I am so thankful for what God is doing in our lives. I know the is suppose to be a recession, things are suppose to be bad but that isn't happening here. In my church their is a great awakening and God is moving in powerful ways. God is so good, He is ever faithful. I hope you know the God of your salvation. God bless you.

Two Weeks
Two weeks and we are leaving for Panama. Whoo Hoo! I can't wait. I have really been under attack this last month. Everything that could go wrong has. I have fought the devil about my health, my relationships, and my finances. It has seemed like a roller coaster ride. You just have to hang on and go with it.
June 1st was the day I was supposed to have all my finances. I didn't have it. I sent them a email and told them I couldn't go. I was totally heart broken. I know some of my friends and family think it just a fun trip or that I'm trying to be important, but it's not like that. When i thought I couldn't go I kept picturing the children and the people that might go to hell just because i couldn't raise enough money. I felt like I had failed God. I haven't been that devastated in a long time.
I finally got my self calmed down enough to read the email they sent back. They told me they had all ready sent bought my international plane ticket and had paid for the room and food. They told me not to panic but to ask my church for a loan or keep trying to get the money together. Since they I have received $750. I still don't have it all together but I'm getting closer. I know that God is giving me a second chance and that the money will be there. God is so good. I have my airplane tickets and I am ready to go. I can't wait to see what God is going to do.

Confusion
I received the critiques from the Frasier Contest. They didn't like my manuscript. I have several pages of what I did wrong and how they didn't like it. I hate that! It is my child! I hate it when you say anything against my kids. I was so discouraged. I know God told me to write. I know He gave me the story to write. I love my story. Several of my friends read it and loved it. I really wanted to just give up.
Finally after several days of having a pity party, I went to God. Why do we do that? Why don't we just go to Him when we first have problems? Why do we wait until we can't stand it anymore? He reminded me that I had just spent weeks in revising my story and what they didn't like were things that I had already changed.

This is The Day
This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it! Oh Glorious Day! I have spent several hours in the garden. I have had a glorious day all ready. The garden is doing beautifully. I watered and weeded and had spent a wonderful time with the Lord. I don't know why I feel so much closer to the Lord when I am working out there but I do. Maybe it is the sower parable that speaks to my heart when I am working out there. I love to watch the seeds grow, it's such a miracle. A tiny little seed and then a tiny little blade, so awesome, but now they are real plants. We have blossoms on the squash and the melons. It is just amazing.
God is so good. He created seed, plant, and harvest before the beginning of time. He knew we would need it for our food but He also knew we would need it in the spiritual realm. We can sow and name our seed and reap our harvest. Oral Roberts was the one who first brought this principal to light for the church. I love the fact that we can't out give God. When we sow into His kingdom we will reap. We need to sow in good ground, we need to pray over it, water it with the Word, and reap our harvest. You will reap 30, 60, or 100 fold return. God has made a way to bless us, even the ones who are on a limited income. He planned it before time began. How awesome is that?

A Moment in Time
This weekend was a tragedy for my small town. Friday night a van of eight of our basketball players and two coaches were struck head on by an elderly gentleman. The police believe the elderly gentleman had a stroke of a heart attack. He was killed instantly and so were the two basketball coaches. The accident took place just sixteen miles from home. The boys were coming home from a basketball camp. Their whole lives ahead of them, one moment in time changed everything. One of the coaches was only twenty-four years old. All three men were Christians so we do have that comfort.
The boys were life flighted all over the state; Kearney, Grand Island, Lincoln, and Omaha. Several have been released but several are still in the hospital. One of the boys, Chad, is in Intensive Care with a severe head injury. We still need prayers for him. One of the boys had two broken legs and a broken arm and will never be able to play ball again. It was everything to him. One moment in time and it changed everything.
My grandson's girl friend's, practically a member of our family, uncle was also in a serious accident. He was riding a motorcycle when he was struck by a car. His spine was crushed among other injuries. He is in Intensive Care. If he lives he will be paralyzed for the rest of his life. He is divorced and has children. He is not a Christian. The Garden
I am thrilled with our garden. We planted it a couple of weeks ago. Last year we were unable to have one but this year we made up our minds that we would have one. There is so much controversy over our food and water. If you listen to the doctors on TV you wouldn't be able to eat or drink anything.
I personally would love to just eat raw fruits and vegetable but living in Central Nebraska that isn't always possible. When you do eat fresh foods we still have to deal with the agents that they spray on the food plus the wax and preservatives they use to make them look pretty.
I would love to live on a little acre and raise a couple of milk cows and a few head of cattle that can be grass feed, raise chickens, and have a massive garden. (although that sounds like a lot of work) Then I could be sure what my family is eating. My son-in-law has a serious problem with gout so what i feed him is very important.
My garden is coming up! It looks beautiful! I am so pleased with it. We planted several rows of corn,(peaches and cream, I don't know if you can get it but I love that stuff) potatoes, red onions, strawberries, cucumbers, green beans, peas, beets, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, squash, honey dew melons, and watermelons. It is so amazing to watch God work. Some how watching seeds grow just makes me feel closer to God. Today it is raining and you can almost see the plants grow. God is so good and we are so Blessed.

Walking in Love
The Bible says that God is love. The only commandments that Jesus gave us was to love the Lord your God with all your heart and and with all your mind and your neighbor as yourself. We are called to love one another. That should be our first priority. We should walk in that love daily. When we get upset with the car in front of us or our husband or kids we short circuit The Blessing.
It is so important to walk in The Blessing. It's our divine protection. This weekend my bff was in a car accident. A semi sideswiped the car she was in. My friend is studying The Blessing, she walks in it. The Word of the Lord came to her as she was sitting there waiting for a tow truck. "The only reason your friend is alive is because you were in the car." It was a freak accident and there was not a mark on either one of them. The car was totaled.
Walking in love could save your life and the lives of your family. You need to have The Blessing working in your life. Do you have The Blessing working in your life? It is possible to live in the Garden of Eden daily. You can effect the world you live in just by walking in love and blessing everyone you see.
