My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Undercover Mission. This is book three in the continuity series Alaska K-9 Unit. Sharon is one of my favorite authors so this book was a great surprise. I really enjoyed this book; it's well written, action-packed, and full of drama.
Alaska State Trooper Maya Rodriguez and her K-9 partner Sarge are undercover on a cruise ship. They are investigating a possible serial killer. Maya looks just like the victims so she can use herself as bait. As she looks over the place of the first murder she is attacked. The man wears a ski mask but she can see his vivid green eyes. A security officer comes to her rescue. Can she work with him to find the killer?
Security Chief David Garrison is a former military MP and finds it difficult to be unarmed but for a Tazer. An IED ended his military career so now his home is on board this ship and with his staff. He comes to the rescue of a beautiful woman with a service dog. It soon becomes apparent that she isn't a normal traveler but some form of law enforcement. They decide to work together to find the killer. Can he keep them both alive without losing his heart?
A terrifying journey across the Alaskan waters. Two broken souls find each other while trying to survive a vicious killer. God has a plan for these two, a plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too; a plan for peace and not for destruction even in this time of chaos. Give Him your heart and watch Him move in your life.
