My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Amish Country Cover-Up. Alison is one of my favorite authors. She writes great Suspense books (which I love) and then she writes great Amish stories (which I love) so when she writes a story with both it is always awesome. This story is well-written, action-packed, and full of faith. I know you will love it.
Liddie Miller is working as a nanny for Jonah Troyer's children. The children were left motherless when their mother was murdered. The oldest girl suffered from severe grief and talked very little. Andy, the four year old is a joy. The grandmother seems offended that Jonah hired a nanny and isn't friendly. She takes Andy out after the rain stopped. They are playing catch when Liddie is attacked. She screams.
Jonah Troyer raced out of his workshop when he sees someone drag his nanny off into the field. He manages to rescue her and calls the sheriff. After several attacks, he is convinced it's the same man who killed his wife but he is in prison. Is it connected somehow? He isn't going to let another woman die on his watch.
A horrific journey to stay one step ahead of the killer. It seemed each step brought more danger to his family. God has a plan for this family, a plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan for peace and not for destruction even in this time of chaos. Give Him your heart and watch Him turn your life around.
