My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, The Littlest Taget. This is the second book in the True North Heros Series. I always enjoy Maggie's books. This was is excellent, I know you are going to love it. This book is well written, action packed and full of twists. Faith is interwoven through the story like a fine tapestry. A great read!
Daisy Hayward is a nanny in Canada. She is carrying for nine month old Fitz when she hears a deafening crash. She is use to her boss and his wife fighting but they have given up shouting and were now destroying their home. Anna screamed "No don't shoot" A loud crack sounded and Anna's shouts ended. Daisy takes the baby and runs. She's leaving when she meets her boss coming home. He wasn't the one who shot his wife after all. He switches cars with her and tells her where to go. She looks back and the house is on fire. She takes off but someone is following her. She's run off the road but is rescued by a paramedic.
Rapid Responce Paramedic Max Henry is on his way home when he is passed by a sports car going way to fast. The driver, a young woman looked terrified. Blue and white lights follow her and almost ran him off the road. The police car clipped the sports car and the sports car spins around and crashes. Max stops and goes to help; but the police wasn't having any part of that. He went to shoot him in the head when Daisy stabbes the man in the leg. Max and the man fight. Daisy and the baby escaped. The man drives off and Max goes to help the girl. Can he help them and keep her and the baby safe.
A journey of two souls who had no desire to find romance. They struggle to figure out what is happening and who wants to kill Daisy and steal the baby. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a good plan and not for evil. Give Him your life and watch Him turn your life around.
