My review today is on the delightful contemporary romance, Only a Heartbeat Away. I was sent this book free and was not required to do a review. I haven't read any of Julianna's books, at least I don't think I have. This book is awesome; it is well written, humorous, and totally captivating. I know you are going to love it. I highly recommend it.
Georgia Adler is on a tour for her debut novel. She must do a photo shoot for a trendy new magazine. She is painted up, put in a dress that it took four people to pour her into it, and given shoes that are more like stilts. She can't even sit down! Do people really wear this kind of torture? She is a tomboy/country girl, this is not her. Then she finds out there will be a male model posing with her. Can she live through this day? The man is totally gorgeous how can she survive with her heart in tact?
Former Model Grayson Chambers comes to Habits office to have lunch with a longtime friend the editor. He arrives to find chaos at the office. The male model didn't show up and they can't find a replacement for this important shoot. Grayson agrees to do the shoot. He is thrilled when he meets the intriguing young author. She is like a breath of fresh air.
A delightful journey of two people who are drawn together. A sweet story of forgiveness, love, and trust in God. God has brought these two together for a purpose, He has a plan for them, a good plan and not for evil. God has a plan for you too, a plan for a hope and a future.
