My review today is on the suspense novel, Always Watching. This is the first book in Elite Guardian Series. I really enjoy Lynette's work and this book is awesome. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. This book is well written, fast paced, and action packed. I love the characters and the faith that was woven into the story. This is one book you're going to love.
Doctor Wade Savage is a physiologist. He has a radio show that is very popular, especially with women but he has a stalker. She started with little gifts and now has escalated to threats and violence. He lost his wife several years ago and has a young daughter. His father hires a security company to protect him and his daughter. He's not happy about having a body guard but as his stalker escalates he is glad to have the team protecting them.
Elite Bodyguard Olivia Edwards takes over as Wade's body guard after her partner, Maddie has her throat cut by the stalker. Olivia is an ex-police officer and is highly trained. She soon finds out that its going to take the whole team to keep this family safe. It is obvious that the stalker is a woman that feels she has a relationship with Wade and he's not doing what she wants him to do. Can the team find this woman before she harms them? Is she someone close to him? Could she possibly have someone helping her?
A struggle of trying to out wit a mentally ill woman. Both Wade and Olivia are drawn to each other as they fight off the stalker but must be careful or Olivia will be attacked as Maddy was. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too. Trust God, give Him your heart, and watch Him turn your life around.
