My review today is on the Mail Order Brides Romance: The Bride's Surprise. I enjoyed this story and I'm sure you will too. I thought it was well written and a sweet mail order bride story. I enjoyed the charac.
Sal is a widow and is now caring for her brother's child. She's well past the marrying age and the there were very few men left in her home town due to the war. Her sister-in-law thoughtlessly makes a remark about how happy she is that Sal is alone and can care for her children forever. Hurt and discouraged she answers a mail order ad. They exchange letters for some time. She loves his stimulating letters and agrees to marry him. She can't wait to meet him.
Tom was in a tragic accident two years ago. Because of the isolation where the accident took place his legs become a twisted mess by the time he saw a doctor. There was no way to straighten them. Tom has been hiding from people for these last two years. He can't bare the remarks he hears from the town's people. He decides not to tell Sal. If she wants to leave he will pay for her way back home.
A journey of two brokenhearted souls trying to find a way to create a new life together against very difficult circumstances. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too. Just give Him control of your life and watch Him turn your life around.
