My review today is on the Historical Romance, Pioneer Redemption. This is book eight in The O'Rourke Family Montana Saga. I'm a big fan of Ramona's work and was thrilled to get this book in the mail. I've waited a long time for this one. This story is well-written and heart-warming. I know you are going to love it.
Winnifred Mortimer returns to Fort Benton. She had been thrown out by the O'Rouke family two years ago. She had deserved it. She had been mean and hateful but now she is here to make up for her past mistakes. No one seems to believe her though. She arrives with the daughter that her sister was forced to give away for adoption years ago. She also brings a baby girl for one of the O'Rourkes to adopt since they have been unable to conceive. Still, Finn refuses to listen to her. Her money is almost gone and she has no skills to earn her keep. Will she be forced to go to the brothel?
Finn O'Rourke had just about gotten over his broken heart when Winn comes back with a baby in tow. How could he forgive her when she turned to another man and now had his child? He refuses to listen to her excuses and tells her to leave town. When he hears the child isn't hers and that she is going to the Brothel he goes after her. Can he forgive her?
A difficult journey of two souls that are broken almost beyond repair. God has a plan for these two, a good plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan for peace and not for destruction, even in this time of chaos. Give Him your heart and watch Him move in your life.
