My review today is on the Historical Western Romance, Enraptured Montana Bachelor. This is book fourteen in the series Bear Grass Springs. I'm a big fan of Ramona's and was thrilled when she sent me this one. It's well written-written, action-packed, and full of drama.
Cole Tompkins is on his way home. He has been taking cattle to Chicago for years but this is his last trip. He hates the thought of being stuck on the ranch. He's sitting there minding his own business when a beautiful woman lands in his lap. He talks her into sitting next to him. They visit and spend a lot of their time together. They are almost to Bear Grass Springs when there is an accident on the train. Mina is caught in the first-class car as it breaks out in flames. Cole is unable to get to her. He watches the car burn to the ground. He mourns for her as he goes out to the ranch.
Wilhelmina Lane is a widow. She spends every dime she has to go to Bear Grass Springs to find her brother. She falls for the cowboy in more ways than one. When she is caught in the burning car she is sure Cole will rescue her but that doesn't happen. She needs to save herself. She is badly burned and taken to the hotel. She finds her brother and he helps her. She is known as Willie not Mina. She is furious when she sees Cole months later.
A journey of ups and downs as these two broken souls dance around each other. God has a plan for these two, a plan for hope and for a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan for peace and not for destruction even in a time of turmoil. Give Him your heart and watch Him work in your life.
