My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Tracking Stolen Secrets. This is book four in the continuity series, Alaska K-9 Unit. I've really enjoyed this series and I know you will too. I'm a big fan of Laura's work so I was thrilled to get this one in the mail. It's well-written, action-packed, and full of drama. I know you are going to love this story.
State Trooper Helena Maddox and her K-9 partner, Luna go to Denali National Park looking for her estranged twin sister. The police are convinced her sister is involved in a thieving ring. Her sister had called and told her she was in big trouble. Luna follows her sister's scent but a shot is fired. She is knocked down by a local cop. A man trying to arrest her sister. As they investigate they find her sister's baby left for her to care for. How can she investigate with a baby on board?
Police Officer Everett Brand is convinced Zoe Maddox is a hardcore criminal. As he gets closer to Helena he can see the subtle differences between the twins. He decides Helena was the prettiest of the two. He has no business noticing that. He lost his wife and son three years ago and he is in no position to find an attraction to any woman. Then Zoe's baby is thrown into the mix, how is he supposed to handle this case?
A terrifying journey to find Zoe and stop a ring of thieves and cold-blooded killers. God has a plan for these two, a good plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too; a plan for peace and not for destruction even in this time of turmoil. Give Him your heart and watch Him move in your life.
