My review today is on the Medieval Romance, Eithne; Shepherdess of Lughmaidh. This is book six in the Maids of Ulaid Series. This book is well written and heartwarming. I really enjoyed this story and I know you are going to love it.
Cliodhna was a shepherdess. She was caught alone and raped by a warring enemy. When her child is born she is forced to part with her child. The baby was left by the side of the road. Fiadh found the baby and took her home to his wife that had just lost a child. Eighteen years later Eithne is a beautiful shepherdess. She refuses to even think of marriage. She is a witness for a an she is drawn to and must go away to testify.
Fachtna An Dearg is an illegitimate son. With the help of the judge and her father he came to a peaceful place with his half brother. He sees Cliodhna and thinks she's the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. He is drawn to her. His past marrying age but has never been so intrigued by a woman. Then he is accused of murder and Cliodhna is his witness. Will she help him?
A delightful journey of love; two hearts that want nothing to do with love. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future.
