My review today is on the Historical Christian Romance, The Salvation of their Broken Hearts. I enjoy Chloe's books. This one is well written, full of action, but full of faith. I know you will love it.
Selena Montford has just lost her husband during a bank robbery. She'll never forget the horror of the bandits roaring down the road. Staying with her parents she overhears them discussing their dire financial straights after the funeral. She talks to them and tells her family she will sell her home and marry a rich man to help them. So her father sets out to make it happen. Totally devastated she sit in the shade of a tree beside a back row crying. A man stops and talks with her and tries to help her. He takes her home. Some time later on a trip to the next town with the man she is expected to marry there is another bank robbery. The man she had met that helped her was shot. She put pressure on the wound and insisted he be brought to her parents home. Where she cares for him.
