My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Ransom. This is the fourth book in the Northern Border Patrol Series. I have loved this series. Of course I love Terri's work, I suppose that has something to do with the fact that I love it. The story is well written, fast paced, and full of adventure. I also like the way Terri's weaves her faith into all of her works. You will enjoy every word of it.
Liz Cantrell's home is broken into. She then receives a call telling her that her sister has been kidnapped. She talks to her sister and finds out the man wants a necklace that her brother-in-law gave to her sister right before they married. The couple were now on a honeymoon at Niagara Falls. Liz sets out to take the necklace to the kidnappers. It wasn't even a pretty thing so she wasn't sure why the wanted it. At the airport she is taken captive by a handsome Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer.
ICE Agent Blake Fallon is on the trail of a priceless necklace of uncut diamonds. The investigation leads to a beautiful antique dealer trying to save her sister. Can he help save the sister without loosing these ruthless smugglers? Can they break this case? How can he keep Liz safe as they are met with killers where ever they turned?
A great journey of love, trust, and restoration. God has a plan for these two and once they learn to trust God and each other they see His mighty deliverance. God has a plan for us too. We may not face smugglers, terrorists, or killers but we are in a war out there and God does have a plan for you. It will be much greater than anything you have dreamed of.
