My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Tracking a Killer. This is book six in the continuity series, Rocky Mountain K-9 Unit. I was thrilled to receive this book. Elizabeth is one of my favorite authors. I'm a big fan of hers. This book is awesome, it's well-written, action-packed, and full of intrigue. I really enjoyed this next segment of the story.
Rocky Mountain K-9 Officer Harlow Zane and her partner, Nell join in the investigation for a serial killer. Nell is a cadaver dog and this is their first high-profile case. As she's driving to the meeting place of the task force she has a flat tire. She finishes loosening the lug nuts when she is attacked. She hits the attacker with the lug wrench and he flees. When she arrives she finds the last man she ever wanted to see again.
FBI Special Agent Wes Grey is shocked to see Harlow, a rival from the FBI Academy. Eight years ago they had a public break up and Harlow had left the academy. He hears of her attack and realizes she is the same type as the killer's victims. Can they work together to find this man? Can he keep her safe without losing her or his heart?
A terrifying journey to find a serial killer in the mountains. God has a plan for these two broken souls, a good plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan for peace and not for destruction even in this time of political unrest and chaos. Give HIm your heart and watch Him move in your life.
