My review today is on the Western Romance, Pioneer Devotion. This is book six in the series The O'rourke Family Montana Saga. Ramona has become one of my favorite authors. I was thrilled when I got this one to read and review. This is my own words. This story is well written, action packed and full of drama. I know you are going to love this one.
Maggie O'Rourke was separated from her father and her brothers at birth. Her father had been told that her and her mother died. Her mother married a man that said he would take care of them. After years of abuse the husband died and they were left with their brother-in-law, Jacques. A man even more abusive. He wanted Maggie and planned to take her. Now they had found their true family and life is going well. She is in love with a stagecoach driver. Her family still fears Jacques.
Philip Dunmore is a stagecoach driver. He has been in love with Maggie since the first day they met but he is much older than she is so he waits. Now she is old enough to marry but her father caught them in an embrace. He made Dunmore swear he would wait another year for her. Now he is regretting that promise. Then he is injured. Maggie is kidnapped.
A terrifying journey as everything comes to keep these two hearts apart. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan for peace and not for destruction. Give Him your heart and watch Him move in your life even in a time of chaos.
