My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Shielding the Amish Witness. I'm a big fan of Mary's work and I'm always excited to get one of her books. This one is well written, action packed, and full of faith. I know you are going love it.
Faith Cooper is on the run. She found a note from her deceased husband telling her that if she is reading this then his brother had killed him. He gives her evidence of the crimes they have committed and tells her not to trust the cops. She tells her best friend, her sister-in-law. Her brother-in-law shoots her and then comes after Faith. Faith rusn to the only place she feels safe, back to the Amish community where she grew up. He follows her and runs her off a bridge and into an icy creek. She loses her evidence but is rescued by a childhood friend.
Eli Shelter is a widower accused of causing his wife and unborn baby's death. He exists but just barely. He rescues Faith and is determined not to let her down. She brings his heart back to life. He must protect her. Every step they take is met by this killer. How can he keep her safe and his family?
A horrifying journey to survive the attacks of the dirty police officer. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan of peace and not for destruction. Give Him your heart and watch HIm work even in this time of chaos.
