My review today is on the romance, De`ja` Date. This is book nine in the Better Date than Never Series. I have loved this series and this book was delightful. The books are well written, funny, and heart warming. I know you are going to love it.
Melinda Morgan was laid off of her job as a customer service representative. She had worked there for four years and hated it. Now unable to find a permanent position she is a temp living with a roommate. She meets her roommate's sister a Bernie's Bakery. Bernie has always been a part of her life forever and when he is not at the counter she is concerned. She finds out he is ill and agrees to help in the bakery as manager for two weeks. Nate, the love of her life when she was fourteen, who broke her heart, has now he shown up to help his dad. An adventurous man like her father she is not about to get caught up in that kind of relationship, she wants safe and secure.
Nate Carter just returned Bali to run his father's bakery until he could sell it. His father's heart is not doing well. He has returned to settle down and marry the only woman he has ever loved. Unfortunately she doesn't seem to see it his way. He will show her how good they are together and how exciting life can be.
A great journey of reuniting and struggling to move on to where they both want to be. As a Christian I would say God has a plan for these two, a plan for good and not for evil. God has a plan for you too. Give Him your heart and watch Him work in your life.
