My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Concealed Identity. I do so enjoy Jessica's work so I was glad to receive this book. It's well written, action packed, and full of adventure. I know you're going to love this one.
Widow Blair Sullivan was now living with her sister in a small town. Her late husband had turned out to be the brother of a drug lord but she hadn't told anyone about her past. She now owned a little shop down town and filled it with odds and ends that she bought at auctions and estate sales. She and her sister attended an auction for a storage unit. Usually one of the men in town would outbid her but today he wasn't there and she won the stuff. She couldn't wait to see what all was in the truck. As she's driving home someone tries to run her off the road. She pulls out her gun and tries to fight them off but still ends up off the road. Could these men be from her past? They break into her barn, her home and her shop What are they looking for? There new neighbor comes to their rescue and tries to help them.
DEA Agent Holt McKnight is undercover is investigating a missing informant. His guy's sisters are now his neighbor and it's his job to get close to Blair and find out if she knows anything about what is going on. Does her brother's and one of his best agents disappearance have anything to do with her deceased husband's brother? Is she involved with a drug ring? But he soon finds she is under attack and he's the only one that is going to be able to help her.
A journey of two broken souls; a story of trust, hope, and restoration. God has a plan for these two, a plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too. It's okay for you to dream, that dream has probably been placed in your heart by God Himself. Surrender your life to Jesus and watch God move in your life.
