My review today is on the Christian Romantic Suspense, Hidden in the Night. This is book three in the series Missing in Alaska. Elizabeth is one of my all time favorite authors. I'm always thrilled when she writes a new book. I love that she does series so you can see how the people grow. As a writer myself I don't know how she keeps coming up with new ideas. This book is well-written, action-packed, and full of drama. I know you are going to love it.
Former FBI Agent Ivy Elliot comes to Alaska to find a lost manuscript. Her father and her sister wanted this work of Jack London more than anything. They are both dead now and her mother has cancer and wants to get the manuscript in memory of them. Unknown to her mother, her new boyfriend has threatened Ivy so she must find it to save her mother's memory of her father. She does hope to meet the State Trooper she had been trapped in a storm with last February. She hadn't been able to forget him. Imagine her surprise when she finds he is the Trooper she will work with.
Alaska State Trooper Nolan Long is about to take a vacation to Florida to see his "Sunshine Girl" (Ivy Elliot)when she shows up on his door step. She is looking for a manuscript but a young native girl has it and she has disappeared. Nolan agrees to help her find the girl and hopefully the manuscript.
An incredible journey across Alaska as they brave blizzards, sabotage, and killers. God has a plan for these two, a plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too. A good plan for peace and not for destruction. Give Him your heart and watch Him turn your life around even in this time of political chaos.
