My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Santa Fe Setup. I'm a big fan of Katy's work, I loved this one. It's well-written, action-packed, and full of faith. I know you are going to love it.
Artist Luci Butler sneaks into the art gallery to take her painting back, It needed just a small touch to the woman's eyes, they just weren't right. A man thinks she's stealing the painting. Is he a guard? They soon realize that her paintings are being used to smuggle drugs. Bard is the only one who can help her.
Investigator for the Bureau of Land Management, Bard Holland watched his coworker's little sister steal a painting right off the wall at the art galley. He notices she is also being followed. Is he connected to the man her brother had outed? Bard had made a mistake with her brother, Tru and had destroyed their friendship. He owed Tru. Saving Luci could help him regain his friendship. He followed her home and saved her from a shooter but his K-9 alerted to drugs. They soon found drugs in her painting. Can he help her?
A terrifying journey into the world of drug smuggling. Can they find who is putting the drugs in her paintings and who is buying them before they are both killed? God has a plan for these two, a plan for hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan for peace and not for destruction even in this time of political chaos.
