Operation: Hail Storm by Brett Arquette

My review today is on the Techno-Thriller, Operation: Hail Storm. This book was sent to me as a complementary copy. I wasn't required to review it. It isn't my normal kind of book. I usually review Christian fiction but this is definitely not a Christian story by any stretch of the imagination. There is some foul language but but not excessive. There is some sex but not in a descriptive way. I did like the story; it is well written, well researched, and full of technology that I assume will one day be doable.
Marshall Hail lost his wife and twin daughters in a tragic international event called The Five. These last two years he has centered his life on business. He has removed all of the nuclear waste from the United States and has found a way to harness it and made a Wave Reactor. In this process he has made a vast fortune. He has also built several ships to carry the waste. In those ships he has made them totally self-sufficient. He has taken in a lot of young kids that were effected by The Five. He provides school for these kids. Together they have built a system of drones to do anything that they need to do including executing the men and women of the FBI top ten terrorist list. When his team successfully assassinate the number one terrorist and he asks for the twenty five million dollar reward he comes on the radar of the President, the CIA, FBI, and military. The President asks him to perform a task for her; find the missile part that was sent from Russia to North Korea and destroy the nuclear missile parts before they can build nuclear missiles to send to the USA. He is willing but the CIA insists he must take a CIA operative with him. They name the  mission Hail Storm.
CIA Agent Kara Ramey is an extremely beautiful. That is why she has risen in the CIA. She uses her beauty and sex to get information from a Russian Operative. This information is what has caused the CIA to use Marshall Hail and his team. Kara's boss believes Kara will be able seduce the man so he places her with Hail on his ship. Hopefully she can get information from the man
A struggle of power and trust. Everyone holding back vital information from the others. Politics at it best. The CIA, FBI, and Military all decide they need a back up plan if Hail Storm can't deliver. Watch what happens when they get involved in the operation.
