High Desert Hideaway by Jenna Night

My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, High Desert Hideaway. This is only the second book of Jenna's I've read and I look forward to her next story. This one is well written, action packed and fast paced. I know you will love this one. I enjoyed revisiting Elijah and the Vanishing the Darkness biker gang.

Lily Doyle worked late and accidentally over heard two of the truckers talking; she wasn't able to hear much of their conversation but enough that it was something illegal. They saw here and chased her. She ran to a gas station but they caught her and held her hostage. There was no doubt in Lily's mind that they were going to kill her as one of the men held a gun to her head. The other men held the other customers at gunpoint. How many were going to die because of her?

Deputy Sheriff Nate Bedford is coming home from an undercover operation dressed as a biker. He stops to get a cold soda but knows something is off. A car is parked in front of the building with it's door wide open. Several people are lined up against the walls and he can see a gun held to one of his former school mates. Nate jumps in to rescue Lily. He soon finds that her life is in danger and he must figure out what is going on and keep her safe. He finds its going to take more than him alone and has call in help from his friends.

A journey of two broken souls; Nate is struggling with his horrific past, while Lily has made some bad choices that have nearly destroyed her, yet God has a plan for these two; a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too, a plan for good and not for evil. Just give Him your heart and watch Him turn your life around.
